Once you place your deposit on a whole, or half hog, our team will work with you to complete your custom cut sheet. We want to make sure your hog is cut and packaged the way you prefer!

Description
We can go over your cutting instructions over the phone or in person at Bar MW Meats, whichever is more convenient for you. We’ll walk you through the different options and answer any questions you may have along the way.
From chop thickness and roast sizes to sausage packaging and specialty cuts such as bacon or ham, you’ll have the opportunity to customize your order to fit your family and how you like to use your pork.
Once your cut sheet is completed, our butchers will use your instructions to process and package your hog according to your specifications.
Final pricing will be based on the actual hanging weight, wrapping style, and any additional processing selected.
Please note that some further processed products have additional processing fees, including items such as bacon, ham, and brats. These fees are added based on the products and options selected on your custom cut sheet. Your deposit will be applied directly toward your final balance.
