By placing your order, you are paying a deposit toward your beef purchase and reserving your beef with Bar MW Meats.
Once you place your deposit on a whole, half, or quarter beef, our team will work with you to complete your custom cut sheet. We want to make sure your beef is cut and packaged the way you prefer!

Description
We can go over your cutting instructions over the phone or in person at Bar MW Meats, whichever is more convenient for you. We’ll walk you through the different options and answer any questions you may have along the way.
From steak thickness and roast sizes to hamburger packaging and specialty cuts, you’ll have the opportunity to customize your order to fit your family and how you like to use your beef.
Once your cut sheet is completed, our butchers will use your instructions to process and package your beef according to your specifications.
Your remaining balance will be due when your beef is ready for pickup. The final amount will be determined once your beef is processed and, the hanging weight and processing charges are known based on the wrapping style. Your deposit will be applied directly toward your final balance.
