Bitterroot Beef Box contains a variety of cuts from our Weber Ranch Beef. Born and Raised in the Bitterroot Valley. All Weber Ranch Beef are grass fed and grain finished contributing to the high quality flavor and marbling. All cuts will be vacuum sealed and frozen.
