Requirements for designing a customized label:

1. Customized labels must be requested when animals are scheduled.

2. Graphics and/or special statements must be submitted 45 days prior to your processing date. If you are requesting special statements to be listed on your label such as grass finished, grain finished, antibiotic free, etc. you must submit an affidavit with your label design requests.

3. You will receive an email proof of your label once the design is completed.

4. If you would like to request any changes, they must be submitted 20 days prior to processing.
